What a subscription gives you
AlexSteveNoorThe Premium+ star
The same star with a plus on it. You get both and wear whichever you like.
Chroma Bandana
A bandana you colour yourself. Pick any colour, or switch on Chroma and it runs through all of them.
A line above your nickname
Write a line and it hangs above your nickname. Other Silent Client players see it over your head.
gg wpAlex
Colour codes work as in the game: &a, &6, &b
Your own client theme
Pick two colours, a base and an accent, and the client's menus are redrawn in them. Works in Silent Client 3.1.
The Icon Toss emote
An emote that takes the icon off your name tag, tosses it and catches it back while it spins in the air. It comes with the subscription and is not sold in the store.
Store discount
Everything cosmetic in the store costs 10% less with Premium and 20% less with Premium+. The discount comes off in the cart by itself.

Premium coins
You earn a coin for every 10 minutes you actually play, up to 30 a day. A coin is worth one token, and coins can pay for up to 60% of the cosmetics in an order. Each coin lasts 30 days.
No ads in the launcher
With a subscription the launcher's ad block is gone, and the panel beside it takes its place.
All accounts at once
The subscription is on your Silent account, not on one nickname. Every Minecraft account you play from under it is Premium.
