Purpose of the store: the store provides services for the sale of virtual property (hereinafter — the Goods) in Silent Client.

Rules of use: users must comply with all applicable laws and with the rules of the platforms on which they use the purchased Goods. Attempts at deception, fraud and other impermissible actions are prohibited.

Obligations of the store: the store undertakes to provide you with the purchased Goods after successful payment.

Prohibited actions: actions aimed at fraud are prohibited, including attempts to reclaim funds after the service has been rendered.

1. You agree that after a payment has been completed successfully you will not raise disputes or claims with the payment aggregators.

2. Refunds for orders are made only to the payment details the payment came from — a bank card or an electronic wallet.

3. If a service is rendered with inadequate quality or not in full, the funds are returned to the bank card the payment came from.

4. If suspicious or fraudulent actions are carried out, your account may be suspended.

5. A refund is possible within 48 hours of payment at the user’s request to the support service at: [email protected]

6. The refund is made to the payment system chosen by the user.

7. We are not responsible for the fees charged by payment aggregators, but we notify the user of the fees that may apply when withdrawing funds from a site account.
