This policy explains what Silent Client collects, why, and what you can ask us to do about it. It covers the launcher, the game client and the websites at silentclient.net and its subdomains.

Account data: your nickname, email address, and a hashed password. We never store your password in a form we can read.

Connection data: the IP address and country you registered from and last connected from. We use them to detect ban evasion and to keep accounts secure.

Gameplay data: launches, sessions, the versions and mods you run, and the servers you join. This is what powers your profile statistics and playtime.

Purchases: which cosmetics and subscriptions belong to your account. Card details never reach us — payments are processed by Tebex Limited as merchant of record.

Content you create: profile comments, messages, support tickets and workshop submissions.

We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with advertisers.

We do not read your private messages except where required to answer a support ticket you opened or to investigate a report.

Tebex Limited processes payments and receives only what a purchase requires. Their terms are at https://checkout.tebex.io/terms.

Mojang/Microsoft services are contacted when you link a Minecraft account or when a skin is resolved for a nickname.

Our own infrastructure providers host the services and therefore process data on our behalf.

Account data is kept while the account exists. Connection and gameplay data are kept while they remain useful for security and statistics.

Deleting your account removes your profile, comments and messages. Records we are required to keep — for example payment records — are retained for as long as the law requires.

Privacy settings in your account control who can see your cosmetics, statistics, current server, and who may comment on your profile.

You can request a copy of your data, correction of anything wrong, or deletion of your account by contacting support at https://beta-support.loeage.net.

Silent Client is not directed at children under 13. If you believe a child has given us personal data, contact support and we will remove it.

If this policy changes in a way that matters, we will say so on the site rather than changing it quietly.
